We Inspect Your Roof

We will send a professional roofer to come out and inspect the following:

  • Visual inspection of all roof components.
  • Check for damaged or missing shingles.
  • Check for incorrect installation.
  • Check for hail and wind damage.
  • Inspect flashing.
  • Inspect gutters and downspouts.

Step 3

View Your Roof Report

Once the roof inspection is complete, your roof report will include:

  • Overall roof condition.
  • Written evaluation with a photo report.
  • Determine the age of the roof.
  • Determine the life expectancy of the roof.
  • Identify future problem areas on your roof.
  • Recommend repairs if needed.

My experience with Texas roofers was nothing short of exceptional. Once I made the decision to use Texas roofers as my contractor, the rest of the process went very smooth and was effortless for me and my wife. Our project manager Chance, was a very knowledgeable young man who understood the insurance process front to back and answered all of our questions and explained in a way that made it easy for us to understand. These guys are real contractors and have many years in the business, which I believe to be very important when having somebody work on our home. With that said, if you’re looking for reputable contractor to swiftly and professionally help you with your project, give Texas Roofers a call,,,, They will not Disappoint.!.!

Chance and his crew were simply to put it, AMAZING, Highly recommended!I changed my mind a handful of times on shingle coloring and Chance literally got out of bed the day of material delivery to come climb up on my shed and show me what each color would look like against the new paint scheme I was going with. I wanted black, he suggested black and I went through every color before getting guess what color… black.Chance was very hands on and to the point when it came to working with me, my insurance company and adjuster. He made sure there was no stone unturned.He’s completed 5 of my Neighbors homes and all of them have not 1 bad thing to say about his work ethic and quality of work.It’s been a couple of months and I’ll still rep his company placard in my yard and still recommending him to others.Don’t go with anyone else. I promise you will LOVE everything about Chance and Texas Roofers.I could keep going on and on…….…..Oh I almost forgot he also did my gutters, installed soffit vents that I didn’t have before, new cedar wood that squirrels chewed up and roofed my sons “my little library”.
